This calculator uses your age, height, weight and a few measurements to work out the numbers doctors use to assess metabolic health: BMI, BMR, TDEE, waist-hip ratio, an estimated body fat percentage, and a neck circumference screening flag. It also suggests a daily calorie target (a 500 Kcal deficit from your TDEE) and a protein target, the same numbers used in the diet chart AI prompt on this site.
Liver Health Calculator
Fill in what you can. Waist, hip and neck are optional but unlock extra checks, including an estimated body fat percentage.
These are general estimates from standard formulas (Mifflin-St Jeor for BMR, US Navy method for body fat, Asian cut-offs for BMI and waist). They are a starting point for a conversation, not a diagnosis or a prescription. If you have fatty liver disease, diabetes, or another condition, please review these numbers with Dr. Vishnu Girish or your own doctor before changing your diet.
Once you have your numbers, you can paste your calorie and protein target straight into the diet chart prompt to get a full 7-day plan.
If this calculator was useful, a quick review helps other patients find it too.
